This is a compact design precious metal induction melting machine incorporating the water cooling tank with pump in the same housing. The machine features:Â
- Latest IGBT switching technology for longer operating life and high efficiency and high performance.
- Absolute alloy homogeneity for excellent finished output is achieved through medium frequency operation of the machine.
- Reduces melting losses due to more uniform distribution of heat.
- Allows use of readilyavailable graphite crucibles.
- The machine has automatic temperature controller using bottom touching spring mounted thermocouple.
- Audio-Visual alarm to alert the operator is provided if for any reason water circulation breaks while melting is in progress.
- It is suitable to run on 220 volts single phase supply and is available in various capacities of ½ kg, 1.0 kg, 2.0 kg and 5.0 kg.
