Janitorial Cleaning Lazer Multi Cleaners

LAZER MULTI CLEAN can be used in various ways. In solution, it can be applied with a spray bottle. There are times, too, when it can be used for dipping or steam cleaning.

LAZER MULTI CLEAN may be used for dipping to remove carbon deposits from piston heads, epoxy glues, surface rust and heavy grease. Some examples are engines, spare parts, metals, (finished & unfinished) and many other tough problems.

1. When dipping use a 7:1 solution and soak for approximately 2 hours.
2. Remove from solution and rinse with water to remove light oil film if necessary

LAZER MULTI CLEAN can be used in steam cleaning to do such jobs as paint works, engine, and all types of heavy machinery.

1. Add LAZER MULTI CLEAN to tanks in a 50:1 solution for pressures 100 p.s.i and lower
2. for additional pressures:

• 200 p.s.i., increase solution to 60:1
• 300 p.s.i., increase solution to 70:1
• 400 p.s.i., increase solution to 80:1, up to 140:1

• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN to 7:1 with water
• Spray on engine or engine part
• Let stand 5-10 minutes.
• Rinse with pressure hose or garden hose,

LAZER MULTI CLEAN may be used in place of rubbing compound for removal of paint oxidation.

Oxidation: Work in sections. Completely coat the section with 17:1 solution, not allowing the chemical to run into other sections. Then buff in a circular motion with a clean, dry cloth. In this way LAZER MULTI CLEAN will restore the paint to its natural luster.

Paint Overspray: Apply LAZER MULTI CLEAN in a 7:1 solution to a dry cloth and rub the desired area. this will remove the paint overspray and will not damage the original paint.

LAZER MULTI CLEAN may be used to replace blanket wash or other chemicals used to clean printing equipment.

LAZER MULTI CLEAN is a petroleum butyl base product which is extremely good for rubber articles

• It can be applied in a spray form or applied directly with a cloth in a 10:1 solution.
• LAZER MULTI CLEAN can be used on the painted machine to remove inks, with no adverse effect to the paint. Also ideal for removing ink from the hands and clothes

• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN at 20:1 in a bowl or bucket.
• Immerse gold & silver jewellery in solution and soak for 5-10 minutes. (If needed scrub with soft brush).

LAZER MULTI CLEAN may be used as a general all purpose cleaner. Use LAZER MULTI CLEAN with 30 parts of water. Spray surfaces as counter tops, furniture, paneling, walls, upholstery, appliances, light fixture etc. Wipe dry with clean cloth or towel.

• Vacuum before shampooing.
• Use 50:1 mixture with water, (10:1 if very soiled)
• Add solution to holding tank in machine
• Shampoo entire carpet.
• Remove excess moisture from carpet with towels or vacuum if necessary.

• Vacuum carpet
• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN to 30:1.
• Apply with soft bristle brush or sponge mop to loosen soil.
• May wipe with clean towel if necessary on badly soiled areas.
• Vacuum.

• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN 30:1 in bucket with hot water.
• Mop floor, let sit for 3-5 minutes. (excellent with floor buffer).
• Mop back up, no rinsing.
• For every heavy wax build-up dilute 10:1 and let sit for 5 minutes.

• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN 30:1 or for badly soiled ovens 10:1.
• Pre-heat oven to warm temperature. Apply LAZER MULTI CLEAN to oven for a few seconds and wipe.

• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN 20:1 (10:1 if heavily soiled) in a spray bottle.
• Spray on soiled area, scrub with soft brush.
• Rinse and clean in washing machine.

• Vacuum upholstery.
• Dilute LAZER MULTI CLEAN 20:1 in a bucket.
• After with towel/brush over soiled area.
• After 5-10 minutes wipe awat with clean towel and vacuum excess soils away.
