Process:

• We receive job applications from local candidates in person & those from outstation either by speed post/courier depending upon urgency of projects
• Doing short-listing of applications, organizing desk interviews for white-collared jobs and trade testing for technicians
• Faxing/couriering CVs of short-listed candidates to employers
• Receiving original documents i.e. documents required for visa processing
• Power of attorney addressed to respective office
• Power of attorney & demand letter addressed to the protector of emigrants, Mumbai
• Individual employee’s agreements
• Arranging personal interviews for short-listed candidates with the employers
• Employer prepares a list of pre-selected candidates and hands it over to us
• Directing pre-selected candidates for medical checkups

• Getting immigration clearance after processing of visa
• Scheduling deployment of selected workers
• Intimating flight details of workers to the employer

Reception -

Once formalities are completed, we shall inform employers by fax/e-mail/telephone about arrival of workers together with flight number, date and time. Then employers have to make arrangements to receive them at airport along with necessary documents.
