VIBENG's Pasta Grader performs an essential function in the pasta production line.  Vibeng pre-designed grader separates the shortest length of pasta and provides the required uniform length of pasta in the processing line.  The advanced design grader from VIBENG consists of three different troughs for several functions.  The main trough removes oil from the pasta through perforation holes of 3mm in diameter.  The first and second removable trough are used to grade the different size of pasta up to the production line.  The third single trough used to transport the vermicelli to the production line.  All three types of troughs are labeled with a toggle clip for a secure hold and also allow for quick removal for cleaning or changing. Pasta Grader is available in different capacities to suit the pasta processing line.
