METAL SPINNING OF SAFETY PRODUCT COMPONENTS

To address the important field of industry safety, a customer hired Ace Metal Spinning to construct safety product components suitable for a wide range of industries. Our metal spinning lathes, punch presses, and trim and bead machines were employed to create components to protect people from potentially dangerous situations. We manufacture high quality bells and horns as warning devices, bases and mounts for flashingstrobe safety lights, and funnels, cans, and lids for fireexplosion proof containers. All of these components are made from high-quality aluminum, steel, copper, brass, stainless steel, and electro-galvanized steel and are manufactured to tolerances of ±.015” and various part dimensions.
Our engineering department aided in custom-designing these articles, providing tooling and design, reverse engineering, and product development. We offer fast turnaround times, in fact the first prototypes for these products were completed in just one week. Our plant’s capacity allowed us to create the components in volumes from single prototypes to the tens of thousands. When completed, these fine components were delivered to customers all across the USA.
