Application
They are used in the lubrication of all refrigeration compressors of open, hermetically sealed and semi-sealed      industrial type, both reciprocating as well as rotary type  operating at moderate evaporator temperatures and thermal loads. FREEZOL 32 has been approved by M/s.Godrej & Boyce and M/s. Carrier Aircon Ltd.for use in their compressors.

MAK Hydrol AW range is a group of premium quality, transparent and antiwear hydraulic oils. They are blended from hydro-processed, high viscosity index base oils with carefully selected antiwear and other additives. These oils are designed to operate over a wide range of working conditions including low load and severe high load conditions. High rate of water separation, exceptional hydrolytic stability, anti-foam and cleanliness allow efficient operation of the system. These oils ensures high level of antiwear property and film strength.

Applications

• These oils are used for machining yellow metals. Suitable for less severe classes of machining on ferrous metals and are   excellent for automatic lathes, screw cutting machines etc.
• NORCAM 22 has special chlorinated EP additives and is   designed as multipurpose neat cutting oil. NORCAM C is approved  by DGQA meeting ZX-6 requirements.
• NORCAM E & G oils are recommended for use in wide range of  machining operations on medium machinability metals and also  for severe operations on certain highly machinable

• They are used for cutting operations on materials difficult to machine, particularly tough steels and are excellent for automatic lathes, screw cutting machines etc.
• TRIPONOL H is specialty oil for use in deep boring and gun drilling operations. TRIPONOL D gives better surface finish  and improves gear cutting tool life. Its lower coefficient of static friction reduces the reluctance of grinding debris in form-grinding from being flushed of grinding surface. TRIPONOL R is specialized metal working oil for grinding of stainless steel strips. This oil ensures excellent surface finish without any staining.
• TRIPONOL D is approved by M/s. TELCO in form grinding operation and gear generation of straight bevel gears.
