Boring & facing tool with standard carbide insert, fitted to the slide unit through side lock screw
Drive unit to the facing unit, consisting of 0.5 HP motor and worm reduction gear box.
Drive unit to the vertical feed unit consisting of a 2 HP motor and worm reduction gear box
Automatic lubrication unit for the milling head
Carriage, on which vertical axis slide unit, driven through lead screw, box nut mechanism, is mounted. On its carriage, milling head is mounted.
Case hardened and ground male sliding surfaces & Turcite for the female sliding surface for high wear resistance and smooth movement.
Automatic lubrication system for all the sliding and rotating parts.
Common frequency converter for both the axes for a step-less feed range & rapid inching
Separate frequency converter for the rotational axis for step-less rotation
Digital display for the feed axes and for the rotational axis.
Feed end limit switches for both the axes
Imported, mercury based, brushless rotary electrical joint connector to ensure smooth rotation of the power cables of the cross feed motor through the spindle without being entwined or entangled.
Compact operators’ console and convenient pendant station
Bellows and wipers for guide way protection
Suitable for mounting on any structure or L shaped bracket or any other structure as shown in the image.
It can also be mounted on a planing machine to add Plano-milling, boring & facing capabilities to the planer
