• Automatic wire grip and cut-through pneumatically actuated mechanisms eliminate operator interventions.
• 9 servo-controlled axes work in tandem to achieve the requisite movements required for winding multi-pole internal stator winding with multi-strand wire and high slot fill factor.
• A robust base frame with a welded base plate gives the machine base appropriate mass to dampen the vibrations and support the functional parts of the machine.
