Cooking Instructions
You can make up to 15 tasty 'chillas' with Burlyfield's 200 gm Moong Dal Chilla Ready Mix. Add 2 cups of water to the mix and stir till there are no lumps in the batter. Make sure that the consistency of the batter is similar to your usual dosa batter.
Keep the batter aside for about 10 mins. Then pour a spoonful of batter on a preheated pan. Cook until the chilla looks crispy and golden brown.
