EMPI COMPOUND – 2X is specially developed Surfactant based Dust Suppressant. It

Improves water penetration, binds fine dust particles & consolidate haul road surfaces.

EMPI COMPOUND – 2X, applied at very low concentration, significantly reduces dust

level & improves road running surface . Use of EMPI COMPOUND – 2X adds very

negligible operating cost .

Prepare 0.2 % solution of EMPI COMPOUND – 2X in water .This solution is to be sprayed on dust. EMPI COMPOUND –2X improves water penetration into soil / road and binds dust particles forming conglomerate of heavy mass. Regular use of EMPI COMPOUND – 2X reduces watering frequency and water quantity thereby saves cost and improves air quality significantly. EMPI COMPOUND – 2X is non – hazardous, non – toxic & biodegradable.

The effect of EMPI COMPOUND -2X will last for minimum 6-8 hours. However, it depends on a number of variables like the nature and quantity of dust, type of soil, type and amount of traffic and climatic conditions. It means in a shift you have to spray water only once. It will control the air born pollution which is caused by vehicle movement, blasting in mines or any other reason.
