We have modern in-house testing facilities to conduct different tests such as Rheometrics, Polymer Viscosity, Shore Hardness, Like Cold Temperature, Proof Pressure (On Line), Burst Pressure, Ozone, Heat Air Ageing, Burning Behaviour, Solvent Resistance (Mass and Volume), Tensile, Adhesion, Compression Set, Fatigue Testing, Salt Spray Testing for Assemblies, Kinking Test (On Line) , Impulse Test, etc. We are certified by ISO, BIS, LERC and NSIC (Dun & Bradstreet Credit Ratings). Our products are passed through stringent tests of ARAI, Pune and IRMRA, Mumbai.

Our Manufacturing Unit
The manufacturing unit is located over an area of 2 acres with 5 manufacturing units. We have advanced extrusion, mixing mill, breading, kneader, wrapping and other machines of costing 20 Cr. Production capacity of 10 lac meters per month is ensured with these machines. We use only high-quality raw material like rubber, PVC and other chemicals in the production.
