Our Non-woven coir stitched blankets can be used as an effective way to control soil erosion. It is used and proved across India and Abroad. Coir stitched blankets are the most suitable natural way for protecting embankments and greening the area through vegetation.
Geomat is coir, mulch and erosion control mattress made from 100% coconut fibre stitched between two PP nets. It provides immediate soil erosion control, it protects seeds and helps establish vegetation growth. It creates right microclimate for optimum growth conditions. The mattress has lifespan of 3 years. The biodegradable mulch material provides a high level of protection during the initial period required for the growth of vegetation. It also promotes growth of vegetation by retaining moisture and conditioning of the soil.
