CORE TECHNOLOGY

PM VFD MOTOR

• Using neodymium iron boron magnetic material, can withstand high tempep-ture of 180°C.
• Protection class IP55, insulation class F.
• Large starting torque, wide debugging range, compact structure, light weight and small size.
• The motor has a built-in PTC to provide comprehensive overheat and overload protection.

INTAKE SILENCER SYSTEM

• The specially designed air filter intake channel greatly reduces the unloading noise of the intake air and intake valve.
• The unique structure of the air filter box ensures air intake while greatly reduc-ing the noise, transmission to the out-side of the machine.

OIL-FREE SCREW HOST

• The air end is composed of a combina-tion of low-pressure stage body and high-pressure stage body: the two-stage air end is driven by the same motor, the air end has its own variable speed gear-box, the exhaust pressure of the first stage is about 2.2bar, and the com-pressed air enters the secondary air end through the intercooler to continue compression.
• Two pairs of stainless steel rotors with excellent durability.
• The protective coating also ensures pre-cise meshing of the rotor.

VECTOR FREQUENCY CONVERTER

• Adopt the accurate vector control tech-nology, so that the unit can obtain the appropriate torque to drive the air com-pressor smoothly under the condition that the temperature rise of the motor is smaller in the wide speed range of the machine.
• Special inverter protection cabinet, high protection level, stable performance.
• High-precision constant pressure con-trol with pressure fluctuation amplitude ±0.01Mpa or less can be carried out, so as to effectively provide the most suita-ble pressure air required for the use of the machine.
• In addition, the accuracy of setting pres-sure is 0.01Mpa, and the precise setting realizes maximum energy saving.

OIL MIST RECOVERY

• Equipped with oil mist recovery system to recover gearbox oil mist vapor

MAIN CONTROLLER

• Dry oil-free special controller, standard cloud service system, convenient to in-tuitively understand the equipment op-erating status, easy to achieve data que-ry, statistics and other functions.

OIL PUMP

• The whole series is equipped with inde-pendent lubricating oil pump as stand-ard to maintain stable operation of the system lubricating oil pressure within the specified oil pressure range.

COLLER

• Efficient cooling system with stainless steel tube fin pre-cooler for reliability and cooling efficiency.

AIR-WATER SEPARATOR

• Self-developed interstage air-water sep-arator, filterless design, permanent maintenance-free. Effectively separate the high-temperature air condensate compressed by the primary machine, prevent condensate from entering the secondary machine, and ensure and ex-tend the service life of the secondary machine.
