Paper faced foam board, also known as Fome-Cor® and Foam Board, is a preferred material used for artistic canvases, mounting, backing and framing photographs, and 3-D designs. The board consists of three layers of material, two inner layers of extruded polystyrene foam and an outer layer of either white clay-coated paper or brown craft paper.
This American-made product, with a reputation for performance, boasts an extremely lightweight and easily-cut design, making it an ideal product for a variety of artistic and display applications. Foam sheet paper faced board provides a compressed edge that consistently stays closed, a perfect solution for intricate hand and die cutting applications.
