PAWAN BANDH PNEUMATIC FILAMENT YARN SPLICER

Phoenix offers Pawan Bandh pneumatic yarn splicers for knotless joining of filament yarns. These automatic splicers work on pneumatic logic achieved from intricate machined components assembled in single piece machined alluminium body.

As all parts are metallic and precisely machined, the equipment offers trouble free performance for long time. These splicers can be used for joining yarns like Nylon, Polyester, Viscose, Glass, Carbon and Aramid.

Pawan Bandh P400: - Automatic Splicer suitable for Industrial Yarn 4000dtex to 12000dtex

“Pawan Bandh P20” is simple manual device for joining filament yarn.
Yarn can be spliced by inserting the yarn in chamber and introducing blast of compressed air by pressing a lever.
Air injection time to suit the yarn size tail end cut manually
Operating pressure – 2 to 6 bar

“Pawan Bandh P170” is a modified version of “Pawan P250” splicer for splicing fine denier of textile filament yarns.
The operation is similar to P250 with a modified yarn threading path
Option of 2 chambers is provided to accommodate yarns ranging from 20 to 500dtex

“Pawan Bandh P250” is pneumatic splicer for splicing synthetic filament yarn.
The operation of splicer is controlled by pneumatic logic element assembled in Aluminium alloy housing. Adjusting knob is provided for setting air injection timing. 
Option of 5 chambers is provided to suit various deniers.
