Contact SupplierPolyester tire cord fabric is a key reinforcing material in the structural layer of rubber products. It is usually made from high-tenacity industrial polyester filaments through processes such as weaving, dipping, and shaping, and has a stable warp and weft structure as well as excellent mechanical properties. Polyester tire cord fabric needs to be combined with the rubber matrix to form a skeleton layer with the functions of load-bearing, impact resistance, and shape retention, such as automobile tires, engineering machinery tires, and conveyor belts. A common method for connecting the cord fabric and the rubber layer is RFL dipping and bonding treatment. Polyester tire cord fabric can be either a single-layer structure (such as a single-width carcass cord fabric) or a multi-layer composite structure (such as a multi-layer carcass of tires or a reinforcing layer of conveyor belts).
