A highly efficient Centrifugal pump with Ventury suction of powder, followed by the specially designed shear pump and powder dumping hopper, is the skid’s main component. The operation involves running the liquids in recirculation between tank, pump, and piping and, at the same time, adding the powders into the hopper. Powders will mix in high and strong flow in several re-circulation loops till the powder is fully dissolved.
