This Carbon Roller Servo Voltage Stabilizer is designed for 99.5% efficiency with 100% load capacity. Our Carbon Roller Servo Voltage Stabilizer ensures 5% to 10% energy savings after installation. Construction The core is constructed from low loss, cold rolled; grain oriented annealed laminations of electrical sheet steel conforming to the latest international standards. Special frame is built in house for clamping the core to reduce the magnetic noise as well as making the whole structure rigid and robust. Temperature Rise : Power make automatic voltage controller is designed for max 30°C to 40°C temperatures rises at top of oil. Insulation : Pre-compressed board PARMALI board and JAPANEESE insulation paper of best quality is used. Regulator On each regulator coil, carbon roller move on both the sides in opposite direction. The regulators are +- 440 Volts or +- 254 Volts whereas the conventional dimmers are straight 254 VOLTS type. Thus our regulator current is less than half in comparison. Being plus minus types, when the rollers are at their extreme position, the regulator is practically out of circuit and therefore regulator losses are zero. The conventional type dimmers are always in circuit thereby causing losses at every point of time. Carbon Roller we use heavy duty graphite carbon rollers which do not need any replacements for at least 15 years, in place of carbon brushes which slide on the winding of conventional dimmers causing wear & tear. Owing to the above designs features, the efficiency of our stabilizer is above 99% as against 96% (max) of others. (This fact can be ascertained practically too).
