Pumpkin Seed Floral Water/hydrosol

Pumpkin-seed floral water, also known as pumpkin-seed hydrosol or hydrolat, is a byproduct of the steam distillation process used to extract the oil from pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo). Floral water contains a small amount of oil and the water-soluble compounds from the seeds.
