Snake plants make incredible houseplants, primarily because of their architectural beauty. These plants have stiff, upright leaves up to 3 or 4 feet tall. The Snake Plant has green banded leaves, while the Mother-in-Law’s Tongue features a yellow border.
It  is widely used as house air purifying plants because of it’s ability to filter out poisonous gases like formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, xylene, toluene, and benzene from the air. They are also favourite bedroom plants for their ability to give out oxygen during night.
