Uni-cutter is an electro-pneumatic cutter suitable for low production capacity soap bar finishing line. Embossing unit can be interfaced with uni-cutter to emboss the customer brand name on soap bar billet/ soap bars. The uni-cutter blade and its pneumatic actuator are mounted on a light weight assembly. Soap billet and the uni-cutter belt conveyor move at the same speed to ensure accurate, 90 cuts. The main features are:
\r• Do not require to Stop Cutter or Plodder For Length changes as the cutter is travelling horizontally same as the same bar billet moment that\\\'s why cut the billet/ bar at 90
\r• High carbon steel cutting blade
\r• Cutting tolerance +/-0.02mm
\r• Compress air requirement minimum 5 Lpm
\r• Minimum distortion as most of the operations controlled by servo motors
