Our standard range of feed through collars is available in both dovetail o-ring grooved and standard iso flange mounting configurations. The feed through collar can be used with our line of pyrex or metal bell jars, service wells, and end plates. Standard features:
chamber body manufactured from 304 stainless steel
viton o-ring included
cf or kf utility ports
capable of reaching high vacuum (hv) levels
mounting holes
available options:
customizable port configuration (changemoveaddsubtract ports)
water cooling – trace & double-wall configurations available
dovetail o-ring grooved flange features:
standard outer body diameter sizes of 12", 18-38", 24", and 30" available
dovetail o-ring groove one end, flat sealing surface opposite end
