Steam Boiler Bar Saturated Steam

Steam boiler was manufactured in 1990 by Finnish boiler company Vapor Oy. The boiler has 1.4 MW capacity which makes approx 2.1 ton / hour 12 bar saturated steam and it is 3 draft fire tube - fire pipe type with internal steam evaporator. The burner is made by Oilon Oy, type RP 106H in year 1990 and it designed for heavy fuel oil operation and equipped with fuel oil pre-heater. The delivery includes also control panel, 2.5 m3 feed water tank, feed water pumps, chemical dosing and ionization units and original pipes.
The boiler has been installed in separate boiler house and has not been in operation since year 2005. During winter 2009/2010 the boiler with its auxiliaries were dismantled and stored. The boiler is in good condition and the last official pressure checking was made in year 2004 without any notices.
