Submerged Conveyors

Submerged Belt Conveyors is meant for Hot Ash collected from travelling grate of Boiler furnace. Is collected directly into water filled trough, wherein a moving belt is installed to take out Wet Ash from the trough. A process wheel is employed at entry & exist point of belt to hold the belt in it’s troughed shape. These process wheels are free to rotate by moving belt to avoid friction & thus damage to belt. The trough is either fabricated from thick plates with suitable stiffners or can be provided in casting as per client’s requirement.
