Twin screw extruders are designed for High torque and High Rpm Specific Torque up 16 Nm Cm3, and output Torque up to 4500Nm.
Screw elements are Segmented with Wear resistance Technology and barrels are segmented with liners and cooling circuit.
Loss in weight feeders for accurate feed of polymer and minerals fully auto controls.
Control Panel with HMI & PLC from Siemens.
Post extrusion equipments like Pelletizes, water turf, Air knife, Classifier and conveying systems are designed to suitable compounds.
