Ultrasonic Humidifier

Ultrasonic waves are produced by transducer discs oscillating at a very high frequency of 1.7 mega he rtz when submerged in water, the waves convert liquid water in to fine mist of particle size of 1 to 5 mi cron. The mist is delivered through an outlet PVC pipe 110mm diameter. Due to very fine particle size, the mist mixes thor oughly with surrounding air,increasing humidity level instantly.Further, water particles evaporate and withdraw energy from the surrounding air (adiabatic cooling ). Consequently temperature of surrounding air drops. Unlike steam which places additional load on the cooling system, ultrasonic mist reducesthe load an d helps conserve energy.
