Unmanned Weighbridge

We make use of Unmanned Weighbridge Radio frequency identification system (RFID in our Unmanned Weighbridge. It is a generic term that is used to define a system that transmits the identity (in the form of a unique serial number) of an object or person wirelessly, using radio waves. It is grouped under the broad category of automatic identification technologies. Unmanned Weighbridge is an ideal solution for mining industry, steel industry, cement industry, etc. Our Unmanned Weighbridge System is a standalone system that allows 24 hours and 7 days a week of weighing operations without the need of an operator. Due to the system's easy interface, it is totally operated by the truck driver.
The Entire Process Of Our Unmanned Weighbridge Includes

• Issue RFID card of vehicle after filling all details on gate
• Vehicle reaches on weihbridge for weighment process
• After verifying RFID & Weighbridge system process first weighment and open first entry barrier
• Check vehicle center position and provide light indication for further process
• Driver confirms weight on display and accepts weight & press button
• System will capture vehicle image and provide sound instruction for complete weighment and print ticket, open another side barrier
• Driver collects ticket and goes for loading or unloading place
• After completion come and make second weighment same as first
• After completion both weighment driver goes to gate and submit card, so RFID card can be used for another vehicle.
