Lakhmi Woollen Mills is manufacturing Woollen Fabrics of all types since 1960. We have in our units Weaving Looms, Spinning Cards, Dyeing, and Processing Machines.We are manufacturing woolens such as Melton, Velours, Blazers in Various Shades/colors, Melange Fabrics (heather), Woven Felt, Great Coat, Flannel, Serges (worsted Spun), and Tweeds in Multiple Weaves & Shades, Blankets/baby Blankets for Home Use, Hotels, Hospitals & Various Institutional Buyers. We are also Manufacturing Heavy Fabrics for Winter Clothing for Police & Defence Units.Our Weaving Unit comprises auto looms such as Somet & Dornier’s. Spinning Carding Unit (OCTIR) & Processing House, we have Krantz Stenter, Lafer Raising, Shearing Machine and various types of Dyeing and Rotary Machines.We are also manufacturing Embroidery Fabrics & Nets on Swiss made Laser Machines.
In Dyeing & Processing, the company is extremely concerned about the environment relating to chemicals and dyes used by it, so we have installed huge treatment plant so that all effluents are treated and their quality is monitored. In fact, we have over 1100 trees planted in our dyeing unit to use the recycled water for plantation. No harmful AZO dyes are used. Testing Laboratory is situated in the premises to ensure quality and consistency to meet all the required parameters.
We do bulk fabric orders for the Institutional Buyers.For international markets, we have in house designers making samples for buyers. We also manufacture products as per any samples provided to us by our buyers. Our specialty is wool, recycled wool and wool blends, since we were primarily established as a Woollen Mill. We have complete in house manufacturing unit right from the raw material procurements to finished products. Spinning, Weaving & Finishing wool and wool blends fabrics all are done in house.
