Watchem-1122/Il22C is a unique & most advanced polymer based anti scalant used in boiler water treatment to control scale & corrosion. The chemical properties are thermally stable & are resistant to degradation under high pressure & elevated temperatures. The blended inhibitor the product will control the corrosion in the boiler water system. Anti fouling agents in the product will help to arrest inorganic fauling.
Advantages
Wutchem-1122/1122C is used in boiler water 2 treatment for controlling the scale & corrosion. It helps to maintain the steady level of pH & alkalanity. The special polymer will helps to control scale formation. Anti fouling agents & corrosion inhibitor will helps to prevent inorganic fouling & corrosion. A magnetic passivation cooling will helps to prevent corrosion. Watchem 1122/II22C will provide synergistic removal of existing calcium, Magnesium & iron deposits as well as prevention of new deposits. Wutchem—1122/1122C is compatible with the other Watchem products like sludge conditioners & oxygen scavengers.
Dosage
Watchem-1122/1I22C cannot be simply wasted in the boiler water system in which we have fully trained and expertise for advising the correct dosage based on the system details and other critical water parameters. We also have another service backup personal on a regular interval basis to check and monitor chemical treatment programme. Submission of periodical on site water analysis report covering critical parameters is an added advantage from Watchem family. Watchem-1122/1122C should be dosed continuously in the feed water line by dosing pump or gravity. This will ensure steady performance on Watchem boiler water treatment programme.
Packing
Watchem series of products are packed and cater to the customer by non-refundable special HDPE carboys of 35/50 Kg. capacity & 200 Kg. HDPE drums.

Handling & safety Measures
Watchem products may have itching and irritation while contacting with skin or eyes. In case of such incidents with water that too only plain and cold. Do not handle Watchem without proper attention and industrial recommended gloves, goggles, face shields and masks. Upon negligence of the above medical attention is strongly recommended.
Storage
Watchem is supplied in heavy duty HDPE containers and are recommended to store in preferable ambient temperature and moisture free atmosphere. Before drawing the product from the container should shake well. Always ensure that the container is intact with the cap when it is not in use.
