With products ranging from Textile yarn lubricants to highly sensitive Apple Tree Spray Oil (used on Apple Tree to control San Jose Scale, approved and Recommended by Sher-e-Kashmir University of agricultural sciences, Srinagar), the company offers industry approved & acclaimed products for various Industrial & Lubrication needs like Metal working fluids, Rust Preventives, Rust removers, Hydraulic Fluids, Engine Oils, Coolants, Gear Oils, Refrigeration Oil etc. Our transformer Oil has been approved by Bureau of Indian Standard and is duly 1st marked. ( All Purpose Grease )
With daily production capacity of more than 54000 liters per day of industrial and automotive lubricants, our distribution network spans more than 40 cities in Uttaranchal, U.P., Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat etc.
SMK is ISO 9001:2008 registered organization. We are registered with NSIC, DGS & D, DGQA, Indian Air force, Indian Ordnance Factories etc. We have a technical tie up with DRDO, DMSRDE for producing safe fuel ‘ ALCO GEL‘ for Defense use. We are the authorized representative of EXXON MOBIL in India for defence grade imported lubes.
Lubricants are omnipresent. They are used as Lubricant, Processing aid, Heat transfer medium, Control of insects and fungus in Integrated Pest Management Program, Metal machining aid, Dielectric, Rust Preventives, Cleaning agent, raw material in certain processes and find use in almost every industry. Lubes are generally high involvement products as cost of equipment is very high compared to cost of lubrication. Technical requirements for new uses are ever evolving thus R & D is a continues process at SMK with a vision to produce technically superior products at reasonable prices. Lubricants are generally available against defined specifications such as BIS / ASTM MIL / GOST / SAE / JASO / JSS etc.
OEM recommendations should be followed in cases where lubrication requirement are not fulfilled by available specifications. Such lubes fall under category of OEM approved / proprietary products. SMK keeps introducing new products/ formulations to meet and exceed the expectations of Industry and our consumers as part of our endeavor to provide International quality products & services at affordable prices. SMK is now offering semi synthetic & synthetic lubricants which provide many fold performance benefit over traditional products thereby resulting in great savings to our consumers.
