Bossil BS-8628 Instant Grab Adhesive, Color : White

A  one-component,  instant-grab  adhesive  based  on  advanced  MS  Polymer  technology.  The instant-grab  feature  eliminates  the  need  of  bracing,  nailing,  screwing  and  other  fastening devices.  It  is  solvent,  silicone,  and  isocyanate  free  and  non-staining  for  porous  substrate applications. It is excellent in UV, weather and temperature resistance. Adhesion is great over a wide variety of substrates and is paintable with common industrial paints.

Application

Ideal for direct bonding of various heavy construction materials. It may be used, without primer, to  bond  bathroom  accessories,  panel,  skirting  board,  windowsills,  stripes,  thresholds,  mirrors and  isolating materials.  It  is  also  widely  used  in  coach  work  and  metal  connecting  joint  in shipbuilding industry.

Directions

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water.
• Surfaces should be cleaned with alcohol, M.E.K. or other suitable solvent. Do not use soap or detergent.
• Cut  the  tip  off  and  puncture  the  internal  foil  seal  with  the  nozzle.  Cut  the  nozzle  at  45° angle to desired bead-width and apply the adhesiveto substrate with a cartridge gun.
• Due  to  the  viscous  property  of  the  adhesive,  we  recommend  the  use  of  professional caulking gun with reinforced transmission.
• Bond substrates within 3 minutes, before the adhesive skins.
• Uncured adhesive can be cleaned upwith mineral spirits.
