The SAT-202G satellite terminal from Honeywell Global Tracking is a multi-purpose satellite terminal for tracking and monitoring high-value assets like vehicles, vessels, cargo and personnel using satellites from the GPS or GLONASS constellations.
Once assets have been equipped with a SAT-202G terminal and deployed in the field, the SAT-202G automatically selects the most appropriate satellite and regularly transmits its location and any additional message data via secure systems.
The SAT-202G terminal can be used in all environments and is favored in remote regions where terrestrial communication cannot be relied upon. Compact in size, the SAT-202G provides global coverage and can be programmed to send and receive customized data from external sensors including temperature, humidity, vibration, and shock.
Like many of Honeywell Global Trackings terminals, the SAT-202G uses the Inmarsat constellation of satellites and the IsatM2M standard. This connectivity method delivers an affordable and reliable direct-to-desktop information service with fast and easy-to-use message handling.
The SAT-202G terminal has three fully configurable inputs/outputs for sensor monitoring, and one open drain output suitable for driving relays and other indicators. The data-logging function includes GPS positions, transmissions and data for more than 6, 500 entries which are accessible locally via the serial port. All transmissions are logged with a record of the time the message was created and if applicable, when it was transmitted.

With its multitude of innovative features, the Series 300 is a detector which acts conventionally, thinks intelligently.
The 2351E photoelectric detector incorporates an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). Combined with the latest state of the art optical chamber the detector provides efficient and accurate detection of fires with a high level of resilience to non-fire environmental influences.
The 2351E and other detectors in the Series 300 range are backward compatible with the Series 100 detector bases, thus providing the capability to upgrade, extend and maintain existing Series 100 installations.
The 2351E detector incorporates a bi-colour LED indicator. The integral LED changes colour according to the detectors status - Green = Normal, Red = Alarm. This benefits the user by providing clear, instant visual indication of the detectors condition. The Green LED can be programmed for blink/no blink operation.
Drift compensation algorithms are one of the key features of the 2351E detector. These algorithms ensure a consistent alarm sensitivity threshold for periods between service intervals. This provides the user with both a reduction in the frequency of nuisance alarms and maintenance savings by extending the period before cleaning of the detector chamber is required.
The sensitivity of a smoke detector is critical to its overall performance, this is reflected in both its ability to detect real fire conditions and its resilience to non-fire stimuli. The 2351Es performance can be optimised for it's application by selecting from one of three preset alarm thresholds - Low, Medium and High, offering greater stability and optimum performance within the environment in which it has been installed. The selection is easily achieved through the use of a remote hand-held tool.
The remote hand-held programming unit can also be used in conjunction with the Series 300 range of detectors to gain access to other advanced features.
