DLH-150 is a light portable easy to use halogen gas leak detector. It has a sensing tip which is mounted on a flexible probe. The sensitivity is about 3 to 5 parts of halogen gas per million parts of air (PPM). It helps in detecting gaseous impurities in the ambient atmosphere by drawing the sample through its sensing tip (similar to ionization chamber) using a micro pump. DLH-150 comes with earphones for use in noisy locations.

Micronstat is an electronic digital gauge for accurate measurement of coating thickness. It can measure thickness as fine as 1 micron, eliminating the need for guess work, erroneous reading and approximation in coating thickness measurement.

Micronstat can help to maintain consistent quality of coatings in the fields of anti-corrosion, electroplating, painting of engineering products, automobiles, aircraft manufacture, and chemical industry and so on.

Micronstat measures following coatings on metallic substrates:

• Paint, varnish, lacquer, oxide, nitrite phosphate, enamel, plastic, fibre glass, rubber glass etc.
• Decorative and protective coatings
• Electroplating on steel (except nickel)
• Anodizing, paints etc. on Aluminium
• Plastic, Polyester films, Copper, Aluminium, foil thickness measurement by providing a temporary base like a plate or a roller

Vulux is a compact LED light source for viewing even high density radiographs. Vulux comes with a 2 meter power cord and an optional On / Off foot switch

The UV meter is extremely useful for measurement of UV Light and black lights used in NDT inspections, medical / clinical sterilising lights, as well as UV erasing / curing sources. It utilizes a stable photovoltaic sensor with a UV pass filter which blocks visible and infrared radiation.

HT-7 is a hardness tester which uses an impact body with a tungsten carbide tip, which is impelled by a spring onto the metal surface. The ratio of rebound velocity to the impact velocity is proportional to the hardness of the sample. The instrument converts this into a hardness value in various scales

Pulsecho's SmartRad is a radiation detector with a graphic LCD & menu driven operation. The graphic LCD along with its backlight enables SmartRad to show a digital reading along with an analogue bar which shows sudden variations. SmartRad also shows the next calibration date.

SmartRad comes in four different variations depending on your application.

Ultrasonic thickness gauge measures the round trip time of the ultrasound sent by the probe in thickness sample. The microcomputer converts this time into thickness or velocity readings displayed on the LCD. This is one of our first products which we have been manufacturing since 1976. We keep updating our product line as per industry requirements, the current product line is our latest iteration.

We have 3 models of ultrasonic thickness gauges, all have auto probe setting and direct entry of thickness / velocity for calibration, thus eliminating the need for having samples of various materials

Trans-4V is a battery operated hand-held black and white transmission densitometer with a build0in light source. Both Trans-4V and Trans-4(E) have achieved the accuracy and stability, not so far offered in portable / field densitometers. The instrument size and shape makes it an ideal portable instrument for use in laboratory, plant or in the field.
