The analysis of Qiming New Material Corporation Qiming New Material Corporation introduces (uses/ adopts) the most advanced and efficient technique of the production line of multi-layer co-extruded polypropylene film from Brückner. There are two production lines we signed in 2011, which plan to be implemented by two deadlines. The facilities (the first production line) were delivered in August 2013, which has been set up and started to work in May 2014. The second one will be accomplished in 2015. Our production line locates in Xiaojiang. Our target market is local woven printing, and then expands to other areas in the future. Currently, most woven color films in Xiaojiang are purchased from other areas in China. Therefore, we have a huge opportunity to expand our business. Normally, the thickness of these films is 15-16 mm. However, our films’ thickness is only from 10 to 12 mm, which is strength of our products. Now, we are going to analyze our business in the following parts: introduced equipment, product positioning, technique, location and financing strengths. 1. Brückner’s 35,000-tons-production line features low-energy consumption and environmental protection. The Economic and Trade Commission assesses the energy consumption of our facilities are much lower than the national standard, which save almost 30% energy. Our products have been approved by environmental protection administration. 2. Our products are competitive in the market. The thickness of other woven printing manufacturers’ films is 15-16 mm. Since we utilize the technique from Brückner, our films’ thickness is only 10-12 mm, which can save 100 million Chinese Yuan in material cost. 3. We have hired the expert, Kai Chen, in technology of multi-layer co-extruded polypropylene film. He was the main technical personnel in Guangdong Deguan Technology Corporation. He has already developed the new formula of films with his apprentices and the top company of film additive in Asia – Shantou Best Technology Corporation. 4. As a result of our company are now mainly serve for local business, we can save the cost of outer packing, which is 100 Chinese Yuan / Ton. If we purchase a 2-meter-width film from other places, we still need to cut it by several times. The parts of film we cut could not be utilized again, which causes wastage. Meanwhile, the cost of cutting films is 500 Chinese Yuan / Ton. In this way, we can save 600 Chinese Yuan / Ton, which includes the outer packing and cutting. Also, we can save cost of transportation and delivery. 5. We are declaring the national key technological transformation project. Our company produces bopp film which is 10μm to 60μm thickness.
