The jobs are loaded by customer's means on the Spinner Hook mounted on the door with the help of suitable fixture. When the loaded door of the cabinet is closed both the blasting wheels are operated and simultaneously spinning will start. The abrasive isthen switched on automatically through electro-pneumatic abrasive control valves. The spinner hanger rotates in clock-wise direction and reverse in anticlock-wise direction as per determined cycle times which can be selected with the help of timer provided on the control panel. On completion of one cycle the abrasive is automatically cut off so that the door can be opened to exchange the shot blasted jobs with the fresh ones.   The proposed machine is equipped with a second door to cater to your production requirements.

one plate shall be loaded on in feed roller conveyor for onward movement into the shot blasting machine for blast cleaning on both sides and thereafter on to out feed roller conveyor for exit. the same plate will be unloading from out feed roller conveyor.   operating conditions of the machine : 1.             the shot blasting machine shall be operated in manual cycle from the main operation desk type control panel. 2.            individual equipment shall be operated in manual cycle for their respective testing / setting from the main operation desk type control panel. 3.             by pressing of the emergency stop push button at any of the sub-operational points or the main   operation desk type control panel, the plant shall stop. 4.             one plate shall be on load in-feed & unload for the out feed conveyor at a time by the customer.
