• The Headstock : Its spindle made from selected steel is hollow, hardened and ground. A heavy duty thrust bearings is fitted at the back of the spindle to withstand and absorb the thrust at the spindle's front. Its bearings are adjustable and are of self oiling type. The machines can be supplied with taper roller bearings at extra cost, if specially asked. The unit is designed to run at different speeds, both dead slow and very fast.
• The bed : It is specially designed and strong cross ribs centre full confidence in the steady working of the machine under heavy turning, surfacing, screw cutting or sliding cuts. A removable gap piece is fixed with two location pins for perfect alignment.
