Cane Hydraulic Grab

Feature Standard capacity of 2.5 T per cycle. Quicker opening and closing in 3-4 seconds. Positive grabbing with minimum cane slippage. Reduced switching of main motor increases its life.

Rachitech STANDARD CANE HYDRAULIC GRAB is all steel construction. It has 2 sets of grabbing fingers mounted on either side of body. It is meticulously designed to accommodate in the inside width of a standard truck trolley. Rachitech Hydraulic Grabs are designed up to 5T cane handling cap. per cycle. Opening and closing action of grab is actuated by hydraulic cylinders. Positive and swift action enhances the cane unloading capacity by more than 50% over mechanical grab.

HI-LO CANE UNLOADER

Hi-Lo Unloaders are conveniently used to unload cane from specially designed wagon trolley directly to the Feeder Table or open yard. Hi-Lo type Unloaders are hydraulically operated traveling trolley comprising of lifting, tilting and traveling mechanism. It usually runs on rails on ground level and capable to feed cane on all Feeder Table installed near the rails on one line. Hi-Lo Unloader is generally made in robust pipe or plate box fabricated trolley, structure housing, machinery and hydraulic power pack for 5, 10, 15 & 20 T capacities. It is provided with an operator cabin and a ladder. Hi-Lo Unloaders are designed for round the clock working with electric power or Diesel Engine driven as per customers requirement.
