Easy to construct the three dimensional model of DNA. Emphasizing the base pair sequence and function of DNA, the sturdy, colorful bases snap together in the correct sequence, and the pair attach to a center rod representing hydrogen bonds. Two flexible stands signifying alternating pentose and phosphate units attach to the end of each pair, forming the double helix. Once completed the, the model can be rotated on its sturdy base. Includes enough materials to construct a model. A trinted instruction manual.

Adding to the existing range of Radical jugs, these short from transparent jugs, made of polypropylene are autoclavable and have non-drip spout. These jugs have raised graduations, provide excellent contact clarity & are provided with excellent thumb grip on handle.

These Clamps are molded in Polypropylene making it completely corrosion-proof. The spring loaded jack in the middle provides a vice like grip to the Burette and prevents it from slipping. Two tapered wedges are provided to ensure firm grip on rods having dia 1/2or3/8.

The telescope is mounted on a specially designed carriage with support ring to stop abrupt falling. The carriage is fitted with two adjustable screws for precise vertical and horizontal positioning. This arrangement is mounted on a 25mm dia. 450 mm long steel pillar, fitted on a cast iron base with leveling screws. A scale holder is provided with scale.

This is a robust instrument designed specifically for student use which is capable of very high performance. The main structure is of heavy cast metal, with bright plated fittings.
Scale : The 150 mm. diameter circle with protective shield is fixed to the telescope movement and the table is attached to the double ended vernier which reads to 1 minute of arc. Both telescope and table rotation fine adjustment screws, and release of a clamping screws enables adjustment of both movements to be made by hand.
Collimator : Mounted on fixed and fitted with 178 mm. focus achromatic objectives, 25 mm. clear aperture. Also fitted is a unilaterally adjustable slit, 7 mm. long.
Telescope : Mounted on moveable pillar and fitted with 178 mm. Focus achromatic objective, 25 mm. clear aperture. Also fitted is a 8x Ramsden eyepiece and a glass crossline graticule. Both the telescope and collimator have rack and pinion focussing. Means are provided for levelling the axis of both optical units and for squaring them to axis of rotation.
Prism Table : The table is marked with lines to assist placing the prism with respect to the table levelling screws.

Basic general purpose balance for students. The hangers have double hooks for specific gravity experiments, and pans are detachable. The balance is finished in black colour with chrome plated fittings and mounted on polished wooden base with leveling screws.

50mm. diameter plastic pulleys are carried in tough plastic frames. Dearing pin is easily removable and has a simple locking arrangement which prevents the pin accidentally coming out. Blocks are provided with metal hooks.

Consisting of a wooden double wheel with flat bottomed grooves, 150 and 50 mm. diameter respectively. The wheel is pivoted on a spindle 10 mm. diameter which projects for a distance of 100 mm. so that the apparatus may be clamped to a normal retort stand. The apparatus is supplied complete with two hooks and 6 meters of whipcord, but WITHOUT masses and stand.
