Choose from cost-effective or full-featured Radix PID Controllers that accept inputs fromRTD sensors, thermocouplesas well as linear inputs such as 4 - 20 mA, 0 - 20 mA, 0 - 50 mV and the like. All the PID controllers mentioned has the autotuning function. Autotuning function tunes the PID controller to produce accurate control, it takes the factors like external periodic variation in temperature, environmental temperature or surrounding temperature etc into consideration while tuning itself. These factors may affect the controlling function and are essential for accuracy. Large LED displays and LED lights on the controller indicate process variables and relay, communication status and are easily visible to operators from a distance. Operators can easily program setpoints, alarms, control outputs on the controller via membrane keys on the front of the unit to trigger heating, cooling, high-low alarms. Our PID Controllers broadcast signal isolated outputsto protect all downstream machines and devices (such as programmable logic controllers) from damaging fluctuations in the input signal. Quality measurement and good equipment are very important parameter to achive Signal integrity. However, even with the best equipment, signals can be of inferior quality if the equipment is not properly installed or it is not protected by signal isolators / signal conditioners.

Signal isolation devices are use to eliminate ground loop errors caused by noise (ground) and other such signal interference problems.
Signal isolators use one of many electronic methods to interrupt the connections between two grounds while passing the correct signal with little or no loss of accuracy. Without a way for ground currents to flow, these currents can't induce signal errors caused by ground noise.
DXC341 controls interlocking of 2 to 4 doors using door feedback sensors. It is a system which on request allows access to only one door for a predefined time and makes other door secure within the designated area.
LED indication show forcible operation of a door, which is blocked by the system.
Door locking time and opening time can also be set on board. A no touch switch / touch switch is provided at the entry side of each door for access.
Two general purpose inputs (GPI) are provided for emergency door opening. Two general purpose outputs (GPO) are relay outputs which can be used to operate a siren.

The stainless steel Feedthru is simple, orderly and compact, and is ideally suited to thermocouple applications in high pressure or vacuum environments such as steam autoclaves, process piping, etc. Up to 18 individual thermocouples can be used in the implementation, mounted on an elegant, securely-interlocking bayonet clasp.Suitable for autoclave validation, it has a robust leak proof design and easy to use assembly.
Radix flameproof and explosion proof RTD sensors are made of robust die cast aluminum head with mineral insulation. They can also be made of cast-iron, SS304 and SS316. Our standard RTD sensorsare certified flameproof for gasgroups I, IIA and IIB. An assembly certified for gas group IIC (Hydrogen) can also be constructed.
Thermowells and protection tubes are used to protect temperature sensors such asthermocouplesandRTDs.
It is selected in accordance with temperature measuring point conditions and desired measurement accuracy in a given application. It should withstand the temperature, pressure, vibration and shock for long, stable operation.

Fabricated wells are used in low pressure applications and Barstock wells in applications subjected to significantly large stresses such as high pressure gases and high speed fluids, with suitably selected shape, size and material appropriate to the temperature and operating conditions.
