Our Products
Enamelled wire is a wire coated with a thin layer of insulation to prevent the wire surfaces from being in a short circuit when wound into coils. Magnetic flux is created when current flows through the coil. It is used mainly in the construction of motors, electromagnets, transformers and inductors. For ease of manufacturing inductive components like transformers and inductors, most of these wires can be soldered. We manufacture and distribute a qualitative range of Enamelled Copper Wire/ Strip that is manufactured using 99.99% ETP Grade copper and quality enamel. The plant is equipped with most modern catalytic converter that reduces energy consumption and emission. We maintain Entire Range from SWG 8 upto SWG 42, in thermal grade 130 (B class) and thermal grade 155 (F Class), and 180 (H Class) which is widely used by our customers in transformer, magnetic coils, relay and motor manufacturing industry.
Fiber Glass Wire is a composition of glass tape and metal. In Fiber Glass Wire bare copper conductor or tinned copper conductor is used having glass tape lapping on the same. This type of wire is known to have non-porous glass tape lapping on it. The glass tape protection secures the metal from the process of oxidation, as a result it is widely used in areas where adverse physical and chemical environments are experienced. These wires are also extensively used were the instrument temperature reaches very high. The technology that is used in the manufacturing of this type of wire makes it special. Fiber Glass Wire is used in the devices such as electric heater, electric motor as well as high temperature instruments. Fiber Glass Wire products fares well in areas of high/low voltage, high durability and tremendous overload capacity.
Copper wires are extensively used in the modern world for electrical conductivity and for electronic appliances. Copper being an excellent conductor of heat and electricity makes an ideal choice for electrical wires which can be used on a large scale for commercial and industrial needs. The other remarkable properties of copper which facilitate copper wires to be used for electrical conductivity are its ductility, high melting point, resistance to corrosion, low resistance value and ability to be recycled. Copper can be drawn into very thin wires, as thin as a human hair and very low diameter of the wire causes the resistance value to drop down leading to minimum electrical wastage during power transfer. One can avail copper wires as well as copper strips of required length and diameter from reputed Indian wire manufacturers and exporters who maintain world class quality in the finished products.
Copper Wire when coated with poly-vinyl chloride as insulating material is known as PVC wires which are used in ground wires, electrical cables, building wires, and also as fencing for industrial security issues. The PVC coating makes the wires fire-proof, and thus insulates it properly on cost-efficient way. Glass wires are those bare copper wires or conductors which are wrapped by glass covering to prevent any oxidation of copper molecules with the chemicals in environmental pollutants. The glass coating also prevents the wire from melting in devices such as electric heaters, motors as well as other appliances.
We are using electrolytic grade copper wire to manufacture braided flexible connectors. The braided flexible connectors deliver the maximum amount of electrical power at peak efficiency. Our flexible connectors can be made to exact specifications, at half the resistance levels of present connectors. Copper flexible connectors are also manufactured to compensate for vibration, expansion/contraction of busses and to deliver minimum resistance values.
Applications:Railways & Locomotive, Control Panels, Transformers, Induction furnish, Switch Gear, Relay Switches, Earthlings Tap, Electronics items Power meter connectors, Electronics, Turbine Connectors.
