RAJDEEP's Ash Conditioner is used in many industries primarily for 'pollution control, mixing of water with powdered material' applications. The Ash Conditioners are made of abrasion-resistant bolt-on paddles which insure maximum wear life. The Ash conditioner is fabricated in Carbon steel, SS304 with a rigid base frame with a removable cover plate that provides easy access to internal section. It also houses anti-friction roller bearing support shafts and split type bearing that has dust seals.
RAJDEEP's Ash Conditioners are highly useful in Steel Plants, Ferro alloys, thermal power plants and sponge iron industry, as they return the recovered dust to the process in a closed circuit. The conditioner effectively blends dust recovered from such equipment as bag Filters, ash silos and bag houses thus allowing transport without the particulate matter escaping into the air.

Each ingredient has fast & slow speed feed, automatic target weights set, and auto log. Multiple weigh hoppers, or loss-of-weight feeders, may also be used to formulate the batch. Liquid addition scale systems are also provided.
Electronic batching controls are custom designed for ease of operation and flexibility utilizing the latest technology available. Commercial programmable logic controllers (PLC's) are used for system management and ease of operation. A multitude of options are available for batching systems.

RAJDEEP's AIR SLIDE will quickly and efficiently convey all fluidisable materials such as cement, fly ash. The simple combination of air pressure and gravity allows powdered materials to flow like a fluid. Air slide are very efficient, quiet and no moving parts. AIR SLIDE are extremely cost effective and require very little maintenance The Air slide consists of a rectangular chamber separated by a permeable cloth. The chamber is inclined at a very slight angle (as low as 1.5 ). Pressured air is injected into the lower chamber which then permeates through the media and "fluidizes" the product. System Involved In Grain Handling System:
Grain Unloading: Involves receiving hopper with magnetic grill and bucket elevator.
Grain Storage: Storage silos with feeding arrangement and sweep auger and chain conveyor for discharge.
Grain Cleaning: Involves pre-cleaner (vibratory screen) separating oversize and undersize impurities, Destoner for removing stones and magnetic drum separator for removing iron particles.

Bucket Elevators: Bucket elevators are so designed that the all types of Grain is handled very gently by adequate sizing of the speed and the bucket sizes.
Rotary valves below silo: Rotary valves are so designed that they operate at very low speeds. A special anti-jamming device is provided at the entry of the valve.
Vibratory screen: A vibratory screen screens all grain and removes the physical impurities of larger size.
Magnetic separator: A magnetic Separator separates any of the metallic (Iron particles) material entering with the grains.
De-stoner: De-stoner separates the equal size stones from the Grains. It is provided with special aspiration system to keep the material in loosened condition.
Hammer mill: Hammer Mill grinds the grains to the desired fineness and discharges it into a screw conveyor. Grinding capacity 0.3 - 1 mm
Screw conveyor: A screw conveyor conveys the material (grain or flour) to the bucket elevator feed spout or any other destination
Pre-masher: For intimate mixing of grist with hot water before entry to the mash vessel in mash Conversion.
Control panel: A dedicated control panel caters to the full automation of the plant and user-friendly operation.

RAJDEEP'S bag dump stations (also known as manual dumping stations) collect dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, and return the material to the hopper. The system absolutely eliminates material waste, also protecting workers from dusting during material charging and preventing plant contamination. RAJDEEP's bag dump station have feature of a high-velocity vacuum fan that draws airborne dust away from the operator through two or four cartridge filters that are sized according to the application.

These works on the principle of reducing the pipeline cross sectional area in the region where the material is fed from the supply hopper. There are no moving parts in this feeding device which has certain advantage with regards to wear problems. No Air leakage in opposition of material feed.

Eductors are attractive to install below other solids processing equipment because, by creating suction at the product inlet, they enable dust-free material conveying systems.

Cyclone separators separate dust from gas streams using a combination of forces, such as centrifugal, gravitational, and inertial. These forces move the dust to an area where the forces exerted by the gas stream are minimal. The separated dust is moved by gravity into a hopper, where it is temporarily stored. Cyclone separators are use for cyclonic action to separate dust particles from the gas stream. In a typical cyclone, the dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. After striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located underneath. Cyclone separators create a dual vortex to separate coarse from fine dust. The main vortex spirals downward and carries most of the coarser dust particles. The inner vortex created near the bottom of the cyclone, spirals upward and carries finer dust particles.
