Tamarind Kernel Powder
The seeds, which are purchased are first washed and dried. They are then roasted, and then the white seeds are separated from the decorticated kernels with the help of a colour sorter. The white seeds are then fed into the distintegrator and then to the pulverizer to turn them into powder form. The derived powder is then sieved using a mesh. This powder is made available by the company in 25 kg or 50 kg LDP laminated HDPE woven bags, which are machine stitched.
Uses of Tamarind Kernel Powder
The tamarind powder has the following industrial uses:
Textile sizing, thickener for textile printing
Paper adhesives, explosives
Plywood adhesives
Match box, fire works adhesives
Mosquito coil and agarbatties
Jute Sizing
Manufacturing of plywood, soil stabilizing, etc.
As adhesives, in book binding, card board manufacturing, drilling fluids, tobacco reconstitution scrubbing materials, concrete mixture, cosmetic formulations, wetting agents, tooth paste manufacturing, printing and wet dyes.
