Plant size ranging from 25 cum upto 500 cum are covered under mid size plants. Technology for the plant can be selected based on quantity and type of raw material. Biogas plant can be built using technologies such asKVIC, Nisarguna, UASB, CSTR, etc.

Since 2006, we have been providing solutions to Goshalas, Panjarapoles, Industrial Canteens, hotels etc to treat the waste in a systematic manner to convert it into renewable energy.

We are authorized contractor of Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) for construction of Institutional biogas plants under IBP Scheme. We are also empanelled vendor of Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) for biogas power / Thermal projects. We are also approved contractor of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre- BARC for NISARGUNA biogas plant based on biodegradable waste.

The Gujarat Government provides subsidy for construction of Biogas plants under Institutional Biogas plant (IBP) scheme. All registered institutions having sufficient feed material are eligible to avail benefit of the scheme.

The financial assistance is provided to the extent of 75 % to the non-profitable category (i.e. Gaushala / Panjrapole, Temple, Educational Institutions Student hostel, etc ) & 50% financial assistance to the profit making category ( i.e. Hotels / Restaurants, Industrial canteen, Dudh dairy, Sugar industry, Agro food processing Industry , industrial solid & liquid waste, water hyacinth, garden waste / fallen leaves / alternative feed stock etc.).

Financial Assistance is also available from Central Government through MNRE for biogas plants in all the states across India.

We are offering clove stem. As the name suggests clove stem is the stem of clove without the bud part. It is obtained mainly from indonesia and its main use is in extraction of essential oils and as an ingredient in many toothpastes etc. We have a very good quality of clove stem available with us with the 8% oil content.

We are offering dry nigerian ginger. Ginger or ginger root is the rhizome of the plant zingiber officinale, consumed as a delicacy, medicine, or spice. It lends its name to its genus and family (zingiberaceae). Ginger cultivation began in south asia and has since spread to east africa and the caribbean. Dried ginger is nothing but fresh ginger which undergoes a drying process before being used. The fresh rhizomes are soaked in water overnight after which the outer peel is carefully removed using a knife or a peeler. They are washed again and then sun dried on mats or barbecues for around a week. During this period, they are turned periodically. The end result is a pale white dried ginger. Many a times, dried ginger is bleached with calcium carbonate to get a whitish covering on ginger. However, this is not required and can be avoided. ginger has high mineral content, being a good source of potassium, magnesium, copper, manganese and vitamin b6. They also contain certain compounds like gingerols, shogaols and zingerone, volatile oils that give it its characteristic odor and flavor. These oils have been known to increase gastrointestinal tract motility in laboratory animals and also have antibacterial, antipyretic, analgesic and sedative properties. Studies have also shown that gingerols can kill ovarian cancer cells. When ginger is dried or cooked, shogaols and zingerone are produced from the gingerols, which give it its pungent taste.
