And hence the journey of creating quality oriented food product was begun. Atta is the flour used to make chapati, roti, naan and puri. As Atta based delicacies are the staple diet of every Indian, Indian menu is incomplete Atta. Atta is milled from the semi-hard wheat varieties, also known as durum wheat that comprises 90% of the Indian wheat crop, and is more precisely called durum atta.
