Rr cast 60 offered by us is the highly pure castable with high alumina content with very low iron and silica content. specifications: al2o3: (+- 1%) 60.00 % minimum fe2o3: 1.00 % max % water for casting: 8-10 % max service temp: 1550c core crushing strength: 420 kgcm2 1500 c for 24 hrs. Grading: 0-5 mm (or per your requirements)

Nozzle filling compound : "well-fill" is a range of free-flowing refractory particular material used in the ladle or tundish sliding gate to prevent skulling and steel freeze-off and ensure easy opening at the start of casting. Rr cast - 50 ( equivalent to whytheat c ) is a castable with about 50% alumina and serves as a general purpose high temperature castable required for service temperatures up to 1450c specification: al2o3: (+- 1%) 50.00 % minimum fe2o3: 1.00 % max % water for casting: 8-10 % max service temp: 1450c core crushing strength: 370 kgcm2 1450 c for 24 hrs. Grading: 0-5 mm (or per your requirements)
