PRIMARY COMPONENTS



  • A jacketed water heating vessel with direct coupled stirrer.



  • A jacketed oil(wax) preparation vessel with a semi anchor agitator coupled to a suitable geared motor.

  • A vacuum rated jacketed main manufacturing vessel. The top head of the vessel is sealed with suitable food grade silicon gasket and can be lifted with a hydraulic lifting system.

High Shear Mixer Granulator

TheHigh Shear Mixer Granulator in Indiaprovides a highly versatile machine suitable for dry mixing and wet granulation in the same bowl and in short time cycle. The complete operation is done within 10-30 minutes. The entire operation is performed in a closed dust free environment and the complete operation is automatic, including the discharge.


The main assembly consists of a main mixing bowl made out of S.S. 316 quality, highly polished to give a mirror non-stick finish.

The bowl is provided with two impellers, the main mixing impeller is mounted vertically with a horizontal rotation and the chopper blade is mounted on the side and rotates in the vertical axis. Themain mixing assemblyis provided with four blades, two for mixing and two for pushing the material upwards. The complete assembly is mounted on a suitable bearing housing provided beneath the bowl with specially designed seal and air purging arrangement. The complete assembly is coupled to a suitable gear box and motor through a belt assembly. The mixing blade is provided with a dual speed motor for two sets of mixing RPMs and can optionally be provided with VFD for variable frequency.


The High Shear Mixer Granulator in India provides chopper blade is a high speed blade with provided with specially designed blades to break the lumps into smaller granules with a short cycle time. The assembly is provided with a suitable bearing housing directly coupled to a suitable motor. The chopper rotation as a standard is at high speed can optionally be provided with VFD for speed variation.


The top of the bowl is a dish-end provided with mechanically balanced loads for assisting in opening and closing the top lid. It is provided with standard parts for charging, view and air vent parts. The top can optionally be provided with pneumatic lifting arrangement in place of the mechanical loads.


The discharge is provided with a pneumatically operated valve for complete and automatic discharge at the end of the cycle. The valve is provided with suitable 'O' rings for leak proof operation.


The complete structure is mounted on a sturdy platform duty cladded with S.S. Dimpled sheets, provided with a stair case with railings. The sides of the platform are cladded with S.S. 304 sheets and mirror polished as per GMP standards.

An electrical panel of S.S. With the contactors, relays. Timers on -off push buttons for the main motor, on-off push button for the chopper motor, pneumatic open close for the discharge valve etc. on the platform for ease in operation. The machine can optionally be provided PLC for fully automatic operation and data logging.

Description:


  • The mixer is provided with a U shaped trough with a centrally mounted shaft passing laterally through the trough. The shaft is provided with a set of blades welded at different angles each blades has a dedicated mixing function. The angle of the blades is such that through, efficient and complete mixing of the material takes place. The material due to the unique blade design is subjected to lateral as well as vertical motion and the complete material is rolled inside out and for bottom to top, due to which complete mixing takes place and a homogenous mass is obtained.

  • The control shaft is provided with gland packing at both ends for complete sealing.

  • The central shaft is coupled to a suitable gear box and a suitably powered motor. The complete assembly is mounted an bearing blacks bolted to the frame of the machine.

Coating Pan


The coating pan basically consists of a pear shaper S.S. pan mounted on an angular structure. The pan is directly coupled to a suitable gear box. The gear-box and motor are coupled through a suitable belt driven assembly with 2 step pulley. The complete assembly is housed inside a suitable tubular framework with S.S. cladding. Sparkler Filters

Liquid is pumped through the central channel of the cartridge from the bottom of the body. Suspended particles are retained on the filter media resting on the filter plate. Clean filtrate emerges out from the peripheral holes of the plate, into the tank and comes out from the bottom outlet.     The Multi Mill is a highly versatile machine suitable for dry pulverizing of lumps to small particles of desired size by high shear action. The design is such that just by changing the screen the output particle size can be easily charged.










































    • The machine is provided with a vertical rotor assembly with knife type swinging blades for pulverizing the lumps. The rotor is provided with two bottom scrapper blades for scrapping the material from the bottom plate and pushing it in the upward direction towards the knife blades.




    • It is provided with a circular perforated screen around the blades for better pulverizing action.




    • The main shaft of the rotor assembly is coupled to a step pulley through a bearing housing which in turn is coupled to a suitable motor through a belt assembly.




    • The speed of the rotor can be changed by changing the position of the belt in the step pulley. The speed selection is to be made depending on the material and the final size of the particles.

    The vessel is made out from S.S. 316 L quality sheets and is suitable for holding of sterile solutions, including injections, small volume parenterals, large volume parenterals, etc.

    It is cylindrical in shape with a dished bottom and a conical top. The top is fitted with inlet pipe and outlet dip pipe which extends to the bottom of the tank.     Fluid Bed Dryer


    The operation of thefluid bed dryeris very simple whereby the drying of the material takes place by forced air circulation inside the chamber.


    The atmospheric air is drawn through the air micron filter by a specially designed blower mounted on the top of the dryer. The clean air then passes through the heating elements (electric cheater / steam / thermic fluid radiator) to reach the required temperature. The hot air then passes through the product container and the product gets dries faster by air fludization. The air circulation is controlled by means of dampers. A Filter bag provided inside the drying chamber prevents the finest of particles of the material from entering the air stream. The main chamber is provided with on explosion flap to protect against pressure buildup inside the chamber. Digital temperature controller for the inlet air and temperature indicator for the outlet air comes as a standard.


    Higher capacity models are provided withautomatic operation like automatic bag shaker timer, pneumatic damper (butterfly valve) operation, process timer, sampling valve with bottle, etc is provided as a standard. Fully automatic operation with data logging through a PLC is provided as an option.

    The Ravi Kiran inline works on the rotor/stator principle. The chamber houses a specially designed toothed rotor/stator homogenizing system. This model is suitable for producing emulsions and suspensions within a wide viscosity range. Excellent product quality is assured thanks to the high shear forces exerted on the product in the shearing gap and maximum product movement at the outfeed. When processing emulsions, the machine achieves droplet sizes down to 1 micron, with fine distribution. In the case of suspensions, powders and solids are wetted thoroughly and agglomerations dispersed prior to homogenization.
