1. KTF electric heating power supply is three phase AC Power regulated, adopting sequence control voltage regulation method which improves power factor and reduces harmonic content.

2. Secondary of transformer is 3 phrase, each phase has 3 group of taps, which correspond to 3 groups of reverse parallel connected thyristor phase shift regulation method to regulate 3 level output voltage

3. When meeting constant current, enable the thyristor work under bifg triggering angle to reduce reactive power generated by the system.

4. Control system adopts digital double closed loop control solution with current closed loop as inner loop.temperature closed loop as outer loop to ensure high control accuracy.
