In 1944, the mill underwent a technological upgradation and modernization to produce quality woollen fabrics. In 1984, a special plant was set up at jalgaon to produce superior varieties of blankets and shawls.

Meter plant has a capacity to produce half a million pulleys per annum. the profile forming division manufactures ply-‘v’ pulleys from 3 groove to 10 groove for alternators, power steering pumps, fan pulleys, sensor wheels and water pump applications. the profile forming division uses a cadcam facility for technical developments, product designs and simulations.
