Reactive Polymers Ltd. boasts the largest installed/production capacity as a composite unit. The plant is sprawled in over 25,000 sqmt, with over 10,000 sqmt built-up area, we are manufacturing over 40,000 sofa units/annum catering to large chain store owners like Godrej, Future Group, Style Spa as OE suppliers.

Our list of clients includes Reliance Retail Limited, MORE, Housefull,Spencers and others. We are the only composite unit making our own Moulded PU Foam & are currently in the process of installing batch foaming machine to cater our own foam needs. Our plant uses multiple carousels for assembling & conveying sofas, resulting into one sofa unit duly packed and ready for despatch within 4 mintues. Our daily despatch routine is 3 X 40ft containers. All our sofas are packed in 24BS boxes and our MOQ for any new order is 100 sets/month for each design.
