FABCLEAN, a recommended product is developed to dispense these intricate problems. It generates efficient fabric cleaning system for paper machine clothing such as wire, press felt, dryer felts and dryer screens.

Application : "CON-TROL" Fabclean, a product formulation of dispersants, surfactants and emulsifiers, recommended for use and application in the removal and cleaning of dirt, chocked & clogged material without any adverse effect on the quality of fabric. Use and application of product is prescribed after diluting in 1:20 ratio. Before use, allow the machine to run at a low speed. While in the crawling motion, the solution is spread over the surface of the fabric all through the deckle, preferably with shower. On motion, the fabric should be properly soaked with solution for 20/25 minutes. After proper soaking of fabric is processed by applying the use of high pressure shower, rinse it thoroughly with water. Whenever online cleaning is undertaken the dilution ratio prescribed is 1:10 before use of high pressure showers and other felt conditioning vacuum boxes.

"CON-TROL"Supersize-50 is a specially modified fortified rosin soap size with higher active ingredient suitable for internal sizing of various grades of paper in acidic pH condition. Applications : "CON-TROL" Supersize-50 may be used as such or in diluted form up to ratio 1:4 with water. Dilution ratio should be reduced in case diluted solution turns milky white. It should be added to the pulp slurry followed by alum solution / PAC for proper mixing and uniform distribution. "CON-TROL" Powder Size 1800, an efficient product for internal sizing of various grades of paper in acidic pH condition. It is fortified rosin in Powder form with nearly 90 percent active ingredient. A product forms aluminum -resinate when it comes in contact with aluminum joins derived from the dissociation of alum / PAC used for adjusting the required acidic pH of the pulp slurry. This aluminum -resinate gets adsorbed on the surface of fibers and imparts water repellency to the formed paper. It also improve & enhance the hydrophobic property of the resultant paper.

Application : "CON-TROL" Powder Size 1800 should be diluted in water at a temperature of 40 to 50 degree centigrade before adding to Pulp Stock. The diluted fortified rosin size should be added to the pulp slurry followed by alum solution / PAC for proper mixing and uniform distribution. It is recommended to optimize the dose level of product for the requirements depending upon furnish, mill's, operating conditions, final product etc. It is suggested to use a suitable metering pump for dosing a product to get optimum results. Elevated temperature makes the inter-fiber bonding less susceptible to hydrolysis. It also ensures retention of fillers and color pigments at any pH range leading to better opacity. Application : CON-TROL 1512© can be added directly in the mixing chest @ 2 TO 5 KG per ton of pulp. For best results we recommend that the chemical should be injected with metering pump by diluting in the ratio of 1:5 just prior to the head box of the paper machine (stock pump, selectifier). Dilution ensures good distribution in the stock and thus maximizes performance. When it is used only for retention an addition rate of 0.1-0.3% at the head box is recommended.

"CON-TROL" FX 8001 is a High-molar-mass, water soluble polymer for use in the production of paper .industries. The product works as fixing agent for AKD Size at neutral ph conditions of paper sizing process. It also improves first pass retention to some extent during paper making process at wide pH range of 4.0 — 7.5. It performs very well in slow drainage stock like recycled fiber, agro waste and wood free pulp. The product can also be used to reclaim suspended fibers from waste water.

Application "CON-TROL" FS 8001 is a cationic polymer, it binds fines, fillers and also binds organic substances to the paper fibers. It improves drainage on the wire considerably thus makes drying much faster and reduces steam consumption.
